How to cancel your Verow subscription and what happens to your data.
You can cancel your Verow subscription at any time. This guide explains the process and what to expect.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
You'll receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly cycle, you still have full access for the remaining 20 days you've already paid for.
During this time:
- Your team can still access all workspaces and agents
- Client portals remain active
- All integrations continue working
- You can export data at any time
When your billing period ends:
- Your workspace becomes read-only
- You can still log in to view and export data
- New content cannot be added
- Client portal access is suspended
Data Retention
We retain your data for 90 days after your subscription ends. This gives you time to:
- Export anything you need
- Reactivate your account if circumstances change
- Download client histories for your records
After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Need more time? Contact our support team before the 90-day window closes. We can arrange extended retention if you need it.
Exporting Your Data
Before cancelling, you may want to export your data.
- Go to Settings > Data
- Click Export Workspace Data
- Select what to include (clients, notes, files, conversations)
- Click Generate Export
You'll receive a download link via email when your export is ready. Large workspaces may take a few hours to process.
Reactivating Your Account
Changed your mind? Reactivating is straightforward.
Within 90 days of cancellation:
- Log in to your workspace
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Reactivate Subscription
- Choose your plan and enter payment details
All your data, agents, and client workspaces will be restored exactly as you left them.
After 90 days: Your data has been deleted, but you can still create a new workspace and start fresh. Contact support if you need help getting set up again.
