Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, and view invoices in Verow.

All subscription management happens in one place: your billing settings. This guide covers everything you need to manage your Verow subscription.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown
  3. Click Billing in the left sidebar

From here, you can view your current plan, update payment information, and access invoices.

Upgrading Your Plan

When you're ready to manage more clients or access additional features, upgrading takes just a few clicks.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Your new plan activates immediately. We'll prorate the charge based on your current billing cycle, so you only pay the difference for the remaining days.

If you're mid-cycle, your invoice will show:

  • A credit for unused time on your old plan
  • A charge for the remaining time on your new plan

Downgrading Your Plan

If you need to scale back, you can downgrade at any time.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll keep full access to your current plan until then.

Before you downgrade: Check that your agent count fits within the new plan's limits. If you have more agents than the lower plan allows, you'll need to remove some agents first.

Updating Your Payment Method

Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Click Save

We accept all major credit cards. Your new payment method will be used for your next invoice.

Viewing Invoices

Access your complete billing history anytime.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. Click any invoice to view or download

Each invoice includes:

  • Billing period dates
  • Plan charges
  • Any prorated adjustments
  • Taxes (where applicable)

Invoices are available as PDF downloads for your records.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle starts on the day you first subscribed. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month (or annually on that date if you chose annual billing).

Annual plans save 10% compared to monthly billing. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from the Change Plan screen.
