Inviting Your Team
Add team members to your Verow workspace so everyone can access AI agents and client knowledge.
Verow works best when your whole team uses it. This section covers how to invite colleagues and manage access.
Why Add Team Members
When your team shares access to Verow:
- Everyone benefits from client knowledge — The context you add helps everyone, not just you
- Conversations build on each other — Questions and answers from one team member help others
- Handoffs become seamless — New team members can get up to speed instantly
- Nothing gets lost — Client knowledge stays with the agency, not individual inboxes
Creating a Team Account
Before inviting people, you need a team account. If you only have a personal account:
- Click your account name in the sidebar
- Select "Create Team"
- Enter your team or agency name
- Click "Create"
Your team account is now ready for members.
How to Invite People
Step 1: Go to Team Settings
Click your team name in the sidebar, then select "Members" from the menu.
Step 2: Send an Invitation
Click "Invite Member" and enter your colleague's email address. Choose their role (more on roles below), then click "Send Invitation."
Step 3: They Accept
Your colleague receives an email with an invitation link. They click it, create their account (or sign in if they already have one), and immediately have access to your team workspace.
Understanding Roles
Each team member has a role that determines what they can do.
Owner
The person who created the team account. Owners can:
- Access everything in the workspace
- Invite and remove members
- Change member roles
- Manage billing and subscription
- Delete the team account
Every team has at least one owner.
Admin
Trusted team members who help manage the workspace. Admins can:
- Access all agents and client data
- Invite and remove members
- Create and edit agents
- Add context to any agent
Admins cannot access billing or delete the team.
Member
Standard team access. Members can:
- Use all agents in the workspace
- Ask questions and have conversations
- View client context
- Add context to agents
Members cannot invite others or change team settings.
Who Should Get Which Role?
Owners — Agency principals, partners, or the person responsible for the Verow account
Admins — Account directors, team leads, or anyone who manages multiple clients
Members — Everyone else on your team who works with clients
When in doubt, start people as Members. You can always upgrade their role later.
Collaboration Benefits
Once your team is using Verow together, you'll notice:
Faster onboarding — New hires can ask agents about clients instead of hunting through old emails
Better coverage — When someone is out, their colleagues can serve clients without missing a beat
Consistent service — Everyone gives clients the same accurate information
Institutional knowledge — What your team learns stays with the agency
