Team Management
Manage your team account, invite members, and control permissions in Verow.
Verow is built for agency teams. Manage who has access, what they can do, and how your team works together with AI agents.
Your Team Account
When you sign up for Verow, you create a team account. This is your agency's shared workspace where:
- Team members collaborate with AI agents
- Client context is shared across the team
- Integrations connect to your tools
- Billing is managed centrally
Every team member accesses the same agents, context, and integrations. No more siloed information or duplicated work.
Inviting Team Members
Add colleagues to your Verow workspace so they can work with your agents.
How to Invite
- Go to Settings > Team Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your team. Once they accept, they have immediate access to your workspace.
Pending Invitations
View and manage outstanding invites in the Team Members section. You can:
- Resend an invitation if the original expired
- Cancel an invitation before it is accepted
- See when invitations were sent
Invitations expire after 7 days. If someone misses the window, simply send a new invite.
Roles and Permissions
Verow uses three roles to control what team members can do.
Owner
Full control over the team account.
Can do everything, including:
- Manage billing and subscription
- Delete the team account
- Invite and remove any member
- Change member roles
- Configure all integrations
- Access all agents and context
Every team has at least one Owner. If you created the team, you are the Owner.
Admin
Manage the team and its resources without billing access.
Can:
- Invite and remove members
- Change member roles (except Owner)
- Configure integrations
- Create and manage agents
- Access all context and settings
Cannot:
- Access billing or change subscription
- Delete the team account
- Remove or demote Owners
Admins are ideal for team leads or operations managers who need to manage the workspace but should not handle billing.
Member
Standard access for day-to-day work.
Can:
- Use all agents
- Add and view context
- Access connected integrations
Cannot:
- Invite or remove team members
- Change anyone's role
- Configure integrations
- Access billing or team settings
Members are your typical team users - account managers, strategists, creatives - who need to work with agents but do not manage the workspace.

Changing Member Roles
To change someone's role:
- Go to Settings > Team Members
- Find the member you want to update
- Click the role dropdown next to their name
- Select the new role
Role changes take effect immediately. The member sees their new permissions on their next page load.
Note: You cannot demote yourself if you are the only Owner. Transfer ownership to another member first.
Removing Team Members
Sometimes people leave or access needs to change.
How to Remove
- Go to Settings > Team Members
- Find the member to remove
- Click the menu icon (three dots)
- Select Remove from team
- Confirm the removal
What Happens When You Remove Someone
- They lose access immediately
- Their chat history remains (for continuity)
- Context they added stays in the system
- They can be re-invited later if needed
Transferring Ownership
If you are leaving the team or changing responsibilities:
- Promote another member to Owner first
- Then you can be removed or demoted
A team must always have at least one Owner.
Team Settings
Configure your team workspace in Settings > Team Settings.

- Team name - Your agency name as it appears in Verow
- Team URL - Your unique workspace URL (team-name.verow.io)
- Logo - Upload your agency logo for branding

- Export team data - Download your context and chat history
- Data retention - Configure how long chat history is kept
Best Practices
Start with the right roles. Give Admin access to people who need to manage the workspace. Keep Member access for those who just need to use agents.
Review access regularly. Check your team members list quarterly. Remove people who have left or no longer need access.
Use descriptive names. If you manage multiple teams or clients, use clear team names that identify the workspace.
Document your setup. Keep notes on which integrations are connected and who manages them. This helps when troubleshooting or onboarding new Admins.
Common Questions
Can I have multiple Owners? Yes. You can promote multiple people to Owner if you want shared control over billing and team management.
What happens to a removed member's work? Chat history and context they created stays in the system. Other team members can still access and use it.
Can Members see each other's chats? Members see shared team context but not each other's private conversations with agents.
How do I transfer ownership if the Owner left? Contact support@verow.io with proof of your authority to manage the account. We can help transfer ownership in exceptional circumstances.
