Setting Up Integrations
Step-by-step instructions for connecting your tools to Verow.
Connecting your tools to Verow takes just a few minutes. This guide walks through the setup process for each integration.
Where to Find Integration Settings
- Open your Verow dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Integrations
You will see all available integrations with their connection status.
Connection Methods
Most integrations use one of two connection methods:
OAuth (Recommended) Click "Connect" and sign in to the service. You authorize Verow to access specific data, and the connection happens automatically. Most integrations use this method.
API Key Some services require you to generate an API key in their settings and paste it into Verow. We provide instructions for each service that needs this.
Available Integrations
Google Calendar
Google Calendar lets your agents automatically detect and learn from your client meetings. When you join a recorded meeting, Verow captures and transcribes the conversation so your agents stay informed.

- Review the permissions and click Allow
- Select which calendars to monitor
What agents get:
- Meeting transcripts from recorded calls
- Calendar event details (attendees, timing, agenda)
- Context from every client conversation
What agents cannot do:
- Create or modify calendar events
- Access calendars you have not shared
Slack
Slack connects your Slack Huddles to Verow, so quick client conversations get captured and transcribed automatically.
To connect:
- Click Connect next to Slack
- Select your Slack workspace
- Review permissions and click Allow
- Choose which channels to monitor for Huddles
What agents get:
- Transcripts from Slack Huddle conversations
- Speaker identification from huddle recordings
What agents cannot do:
- Post messages on your behalf
- Access DMs or private channels unless specified

Disconnecting Integrations

- Confirm the disconnection
When you disconnect:
- Access stops immediately
- No data is retained from that service
- You can reconnect anytime
Troubleshooting
"Connection Failed" Error
Check your permissions. Some integrations require admin access to authorize. Contact your workspace admin if you see permissions errors.
Try signing out first. If you are signed into multiple accounts, sign out of the service, then try connecting again.
Clear browser cache. Cached data can sometimes interfere with OAuth flows. Clear your cache and try again.
Integration Not Syncing
Check connection status. Go to Integrations settings and verify the connection shows as "Connected."
Re-authorize the connection. Disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh permissions.
Verify data access. Make sure the specific calendars or channels you expect are selected in the integration settings.
